Born and raised in Barwell a small village in Leicestershire. Paul's childhood primarily focused around sports and arts. Over the years Paul's love for sport became overshadowed by his love and appreciation for art. Paul studied illustration at Leicester College and graduated in 2003. Painting for the majority of his life, Paul has explored many styles of arts, but has become comfortable in using a simple, impactive and naive style for his artistic expression.
