"I'm so pleased with the job that Hinckley Framers have done . They have a massive selection of different colours and thicknesses of the wood to make the frames . Faye explained in detail the difference between standard glass and art glass. She didn't push me to take anything I didn't need or sway me into more expensive options . I visited the shop when they were closed. I happen to call them on a Sunday and they answered the phone . They opened up just for me , I collected the framed portrait from their house as I was struggling to get to the shop when they were open . The frame was complete within 3 days which was super fast . I have no negatives only positives and will definitely use them again .
